Darkness Falls (2003)

In Darkness Falls, a small town is haunted by a deadly spirit tied to a local legend about a woman wrongfully accused of harming children. After her death, she becomes a vengeful force that attacks anyone who sees her face?but only in the dark. The story follows a man who survived an encounter with her as a kid, but was dismissed as delusional. Years later, he returns to help a childhood friend whose younger brother is now being hunted by the same entity. As the town's lights start to fail and fear takes hold, they're forced to confront the truth behind the myth and fight to survive through the night. The tension builds fast, mixing childhood trauma with a supernatural threat that only strikes when the lights go out.
