The film follows a reserved and unsettling man who lives alone on the outskirts of a decaying rural town. As the deputy digs into old case files and forgotten stories, a pattern starts to form, though its all just out of reach-enough to make you question if its real or just obsession. The tension builds through small, eerie moments and the way Crocket moves through town like a shadow thats always been there. Its less about jump scares and more about that slow, crawling dread that something horrible is hidden under normal-looking routines.
