When a group of councillors set out to renovate a long-abandoned house into a cheerful summer camp for kids, they unknowingly awaken a chilling local legend. As the renovations begin, strange occurrences escalate, and whispers among the nearby townsfolk speak of Popeye a ghostly figure with a twisted grin and a dark past tied to the property. What starts as an innocent project to bring life back to the forgotten estate soon spirals into a nightmare, as the councillors come face to face with the terrifying truth behind the legend of Popeye.
