Sorry About The Demon (2022)

Will's life is already falling apart-his girlfriend dumps him, he's stuck in a dead-end job, and now he's moving into a suspiciously cheap house. It doesn't take long to figure out why. The place is haunted, and not just by a moody ghost or two. A full-blown demon wants a soul, and since the family who used to live there bailed, Will's now the target. Instead of running, he tries to deal with it himself, armed with a mix of sarcasm, denial, and snacks. As the haunting ramps up, he starts to connect with a few other outcasts who try to help him survive and maybe even fight back. The story mixes comedy with horror, leaning into awkward social moments and haunted house clich's while keeping things light even when the demon isn't.
