The Home (2025)

The Home follows a troubled man who's placed in a secluded nursing home after a violent incident leaves him with nowhere else to go. He's not elderly, which makes him stand out, and the staff say he's there for observation and to heal. But something about the place feels wrong from the start. The halls are quiet but tense, and the residents seem either heavily medicated or too scared to talk. Strange noises echo at night. The staff avoid certain parts of the building, and the basement is strictly off-limits. As the man settles in, he starts to question his own sanity-he sees things others claim aren't there, and the more he digs, the more it feels like the place has a dark past that's been covered up. With no one believing him and the exits increasingly harder to access, he starts uncovering links between past disappearances and what's really going on beneath the surface. The deeper he goes, the more dangerous it gets, until he's forced to figure out whether he's being gaslit or if something sinister is feeding off the people in this so-called care facility.
