A Quiet Place: Day One (2024)
A terminally ill woman named Sam is on a group trip to Manhattan when mysterious objects start falling from the sky. These objects release creatures that are blind but have extremely acute hearing, attacking anything that makes noise. In the ensuing chaos, Sam teams up with Eric, a British law student, as they try to navigate the suddenly perilous city. Their journey is not just about survival but also about finding moments of connection and meaning amidst the devastation. The film focuses on their personal experiences during the initial moments of the invasion, highlighting human resilience and the importance of companionship in the face of overwhelming odds.
