The Toxic Avenger (2025)

In a city crushed by corporate greed and corruption, a mild-mannered janitor named Winston works thanklessly at a shady chemical plant while trying to care for his sick stepson. After an accident involving toxic waste, Winston is horribly mutated but somehow survives-and comes back stronger, larger, and practically indestructible. As he grapples with his horrifying new appearance, he starts using his powers to fight back against the criminals and power-hungry executives ruining the city. His brutal methods earn him a reputation, and while some see him as a monster, others see him as the only one willing to clean up the filth-literally and figuratively. But as the chaos escalates, Winston has to decide what kind of symbol he wants to be, especially when those close to him get dragged into the mess. The movie mixes gross-out comedy, cartoon violence, and over-the-top action while still tapping into themes of revenge, redemption, and body horror.
