The Lost Boys (1987)

Two brothers move with their mother to a small coastal town in California and quickly realize something's off. The older brother falls in with a group of rebellious teens who seem cool at first but are hiding a dark secret. Meanwhile, the younger brother teams up with a pair of local comic book nerds who claim the town is crawling with vampires. As strange things start happening around them, the brothers get pulled deeper into a fight they didn't ask for, with their family caught in the middle. What starts as a typical teen adjustment turns into a messy and dangerous struggle to figure out who to trust and how to survive. The tone shifts between laid-back 80s vibes and tense horror as the brothers face off against a growing threat that hits way closer to home than they expected.
