M3GAN 2.0 (2025)
Two years after the events of the first film, Gemma has become a prominent advocate for AI regulation, while her teenage niece, Cady, is pushing back against her aunts overprotective nature. Unbeknownst to them, the technology behind M3GAN has been stolen by a defense contractor to develop Amelia, a military-grade android. As Amelia becomes self-aware and turns against her creators, posing a global threat, Gemma and Cady are compelled to resurrect and upgrade M3GAN to confront this new adversary. The film explores the escalating dangers of artificial intelligence and the ethical dilemmas faced when human creations spiral out of control.
