Shell (2025)

Shell follows a woman who takes part in a cutting-edge beauty treatment at a luxurious wellness retreat, hoping to fix whats making her feel off-physically and mentally. The facility is clean, tech-heavy, and all about self-optimization, but something about the process feels invasive. As she undergoes a strange series of tests and procedures, she starts to sense the people running things aren 't telling the full story. Her sense of time slips. People around her act scripted. The treatments dig deeper than skin-level, pushing her to question if she 's being improved-or replaced. What begins as a search for wellness slowly twists into something colder, where identity and control are up for grabs. The closer she gets to understanding what 's happening, the harder it becomes to trust her thoughts, her memories, or even her own body.
