Et Tu follows a washed-up stage actor clinging to a barely functioning dinner theater career in a small town. When the lead role in a modern take on Julius Caesar unexpectedly opens up, he jumps at the chance, seeing it as his last shot at respect and relevance. But behind the curtain, tensions rise fast. The production is run by a bitter, power-hungry director who pushes everyone to the edge. As rehearsals go off the rails, old rivalries, backstage grudges, and messy personal lives start bleeding into the performance. The shows twisted reimagining of betrayal and loyalty starts to feel uncomfortably real, and the cast begins to suspect that whats happening on stage might not stay there. With opening night looming, it becomes clear that someones taking the plays themes way too seriously, and what was supposed to be a comeback could turn into something much darker. The line between performance and reality keeps blurring until its impossible to tell whos acting-and whos planning something for real.
