Jaws (1975)

A small coastal towns peace is shattered when a massive great white shark begins attacking swimmers, leaving the community gripped by fear. The towns police chief pushes to close the beaches, but local leaders, worried about losing tourist money, resist until the attacks become too deadly to ignore. With panic spreading, the chief teams up with a grizzled shark hunter and a marine biologist to track the predator in open water. The three men set out on a tense expedition aboard a worn-down boat, facing not only the danger of the sea but also their own clashing personalities. As the shark proves smarter and more powerful than expected, their mission turns into a desperate fight for survival, leading to a final high-stakes confrontation between man and nature.
