VHS2 follows the same found-footage anthology format as the first film, framed by a private investigator and his partner breaking into a house to search for a missing college student. The segments range from a man with a cybernetic eye who starts seeing ghosts, to a biker whose helmet cam catches a zombie outbreak in real time.
