V/H/S/2 (2013)

V/H/S/2 follows the same found-footage anthology format as the first film, framed by a private investigator and his partner breaking into a house to search for a missing college student. Inside, they find a stack of VHS tapes, each containing a short horror film with its own story. The segments range from a man with a cybernetic eye who starts seeing ghosts, to a biker whose helmet cam catches a zombie outbreak in real time. The standout is a documentary-style piece about an Indonesian cult that spirals into total chaos. Each short ramps up the violence and shock factor, with tight pacing and a more polished look than the original. It keeps the format fresh by switching perspectives and pushing the weirdness further.
